Low carb dieting

As of this week, I am switching to a low carb diet. I'm doing this due to gestational diabetes. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and the glucose test this week showed that my glucose is too high. I am supposed to have a minimum of 175g of carbs a day. Trying to make sure I get that without going over is a challenge. I'm supposed to get 30 at breakfast, 60 at lunch, 60 at dinner, and another 30 for a snack. I did manage to get exactly 30 this morning for breakfast. I am going to use this blog to help keep track of what I am eating so that I can make sure that I get this right. I think I am just going to blog my daily meals.
Breakfast:
Egg white omelet with ham and cheese
3 strips of bacon
Blueberry muffin
Decaf coffee with cream and sugar
